Profession: Pen-and-ink artist

Comments: Made a pen-and-ink wash drawing of Pittsburgh (PA) in 1796. He was a traveling companion of General Victor Collot, a French officer, who made a journey through the western part of the United States from March to December 1796 for the purpose of gathering information for the French Minister at Philadelphia.
