The artwork as a whole is solved with humor: three presidents of the largest and most powerful countries are presented as a youth musical rock ensemble. And the presidents themselves are depicted at their young age. And in general, the artwork is solved as dashing, cool, loud and rocker! But at the same time in the semantic depth of the picture has a serious, adult meaning. It is also revealed in the title by a roll call of different meanings of the word "rock"
