Cette œuvre de 1963 est rare et d'une belle qualité picturale.  Elle est riche en couleurs et matière.  Elle provient directement de la collection privée du célèbre critique d'art d'après-guerre, Michel Tapié.  Cette œuvre - qui a été exposée à Turin en 1965 à l'occasion d'une exposition à l'ICAR (International Center of Aesthetic Research) fondé par ce dernier en 1960 - est reproduite en image (p. 47) dans un livre historique de 1997 intitulé « Tapié, un art autre - Torino, Parigi, New York, Osaka ».

This work from 1963 is rare and of a fine pictorial quality.  It is rich in colors and texture.  It comes directly from the private collection of the famous post-war art critic, Michel Tapié.  This work - which was exhibited in Turin in 1965 on the occasion of an exhibition at the ICAR (International Center of Aesthetic Research) founded by the latter in 1960 - is reproduced in image (p. 47) in a book from 1997 entitled “Tapié, a different art - Torino, Parigi, New York, Osaka”.
