Comments: A prominent Eastern landscape photographer, from 1873-1915 he made views of the Adirondack Montains, Lake George, and vicinity which were published as a number of books. He also made a difficult but dramatic photograph of the Statue of Liberty at night, shot with a magnesium flash.
