NOEL was born in Havana, Cuba, in 1962 and studied at the San Alejandro Art Academy. Is a painter, engraver, goldsmith, print-maker, ceramicist & director. "Oil converted into Art" using tar from Havana Bay made him famous worldwide. This is a unique & monumental framed piece of this collection, called Port II Serie, created under Art Basel 2011.
