California artist Lori Cozen-Geller’s minimalist sculptures are inspired by emotion but their colour and form is influenced by the strong car culture in Los Angeles. Mark II is named after a dear family friend. The three panels represent three men in Cozen-Geller’s life—including her beloved father and her son.

Lori Cozen Geller lives in California and acquired a BA from the University of Southern California. Her first work took shape within hours of a profound loss in her life--her father's passing. The artist translated her feelings of love and sadness onto a scrap of paper, the blueprint for her first sculpture. Cozen-Geller’s studio is in Venice Beach, California.
