Modulus III is a striking mid century modern inspired wall sculpture made from birch, mdf,
metallic bronze enamel paint and acrylic slate black (Has a hint of purple in the black and gray) washes. Inspired by the sputnik lighting designs of the era, Modulus III inspires to take an organic materials, such as wood, and elevate it to a very modern place. The black and gray acrylic washes in different opacities are reminiscent of marble are are finished with satin lacquer to show a subtle satin f inish. The stunning metallic bronze paint is then applied on top and offers a bold contrast. The piece is finished on all sides (Except the back and comes with aluminum low profile cleats for hanging).
