Note: This is from a portfolio of 5 lithographs entitled “Florilage” which referenced the poems of Ronsard, Joachim du Bellay and Charles d’Orleans. This artist, much collected by the Japanese, is commonly connected with two major themes: horses and women with flowers.

Edition: There was an edition of 175 proofs on Arches and 150 on Japon paper.
